2-component universal epoxy resin
SigaPox 410 is a medium-viscosity, special epoxy resin binder that can be used as a primer, scratch coat and mortar binder. A very good fillability with quartz sand and quartz powder, basalt grit, hard aggregates, granite, silicon carbide or with colored quartz sand make this binder universally applicable.
2-component epoxy base resin
SigaPox 411 is a low-viscosity epoxy resin binder, which is preferably used as a primer, scratch-coat and mortar binder on mineral substrates. A very good fillability with quartz sand and quartz powder, basalt grit, hard aggregates, granite or silicon carbide make this binder universally applicable. SigaPox 411 has very good adhesion and wetting properties and, compared to standard epoxy resins, has better curing and earlier accessibility even at lower temperatures (from + 8 ° C).
2-component epoxy resin for damp concrete surfaces
SigaPox 412 is a special epoxy resin for damp concrete surfaces, “green” concrete and concrete surfaces where rising damp is expected. SigaPox 414 serves as a primer for SigaMent products based on phenolic and furan resins. An acidification is not necessary. On concrete SigaPox 414 has the same function as a sealant. The chemical resistance of SigaPox 414 is generally similar to SigaMent EP products, but it has a better resistance against organic acids and solvents.

SigaPox 418 is a medium-viscosity epoxy resin binder with a very good fillability with quartz sands and quartz powders, basalt grit, hard aggregates, granite or silicon carbide and is practically universally applicable. SigaPox 418 is suitable for use in industrial areas and public facilities, such as schools, hospitals, kindergartens, shopping malls and other projects with high demands on indoor air quality. The effect of UV radiation leads to a color change typical for epoxy resins.
2-component epoxy resin, chemically highly resistant
SigaPox 420 is a rolled / self-leveling coating for areas with very high chemical exposure to solvents, diluted acids and dilute alkalis. As a single or double rolled coating on the respective SigaPox and SigaFlex coatings, the durability is significantly improved. SigaPox 420 is also ideal as a 2 to 3-fold rolled coating on EP-primed floor and wall surfaces. At high chemical attack, a self-leveling coating is performed.

SigaPox 431 is suitable for use in industrial areas and public facilities, such as schools, hospitals, kindergartens, shopping malls and other projects which have been developed with high demands on indoor air quality. SigaPox 431 is suitable for self-leveling coatings, wear coatings and topcoats (very high pigmentation for thin-layer applications).
2-component epoxy resin decorative plus binder
SigaPox 432 has, according to the current state of the art, a very good color consistency for standard epoxy resin products. This improved quality with quartz sand and colored quartz coatings desired properties offers a wide range of applications for coating systems indoors. SigaPox 432 is universally applicable, this means a complete system of coatings can be performed with only one binder. Both colored sands, PVA chips or other decorative additives can be mixed or sprinkled. SigaPox 440 is an economical industrial floor coating for production, sales and storage areas. SigaPox 440 can be adjusted to the respective requirements with suitable fillers. The coating is characterized by optimum ease of application and, in combination with the SigaPox primers and the SigaFlex topcoats, provides mechanically, chemically and aesthetically high-quality surface protection systems for cementitious substrates (topcoats on demand). SigaPox 440 is suitable for self- leveling coatings as well as wear coatings.
2-component epoxy resin hard elastic coating
Due to the binder and the special filling, SigaPox 450 is particularly suitable for economical, durable thin industrial flooring as well as topcoating on anti-skid systems. The product is characterized by optimum ease of application and, in combination with the SigaPox primers / fillers, provides mechanically, chemically and aesthetically high-quality surface protection systems for cementitious substrates. SigaPox 450 is approved as a parking deck coating (OS 8).
2-component epoxy resin antistatic hard elastic coating
SigaPox 451 is an economic topcoat for electrostatic dissipative, non-slip production, sales and storage areas. SigaPox 451 is used as a chemically and mechanically high-quality and electrostatically conductive topcoat for dissipative SIC-scattered SigaPox or SigaFlex systems for storage and production areas as well as in potentially explosive areas. Average earth resistance RE of the anti-skid coating is <109 Ω.
2-component epoxy resin ESD hard-aggregate coating
Due to its special combination of electrically conductive polymers and silicon carbide, SigaPox 460 is particularly suitable for economical and slip-resistant thin film coatings in so-called EPA zones (ESD Protected Area). During curing, SigaPox 460 forms a chemically and mechanically resistant, electrostatically conductive coating that prevents static electricity > 100 volts (walking test) by building highly conductive polymer structures. For areas in which increased demands are placed on the ergonomics (optimized workplace design), the SigaPox 460 system is recommended to relieve back and ankle areas in particular.

SigaPox 461 is an electrostatic dissipative, tough, universal industrial floor coating for production, sales and storage areas. SigaPox 461 is used as chemically and mechanically high-quality and electrostatically dissipative coating for storage and production areas as well as in potentially explosive areas. Both smooth and anti-skid surfaces can be executed.
2-component epoxy resin ESD polymer coating
SigaPox 462 is the market-leading electrically conductive, self-leveling floor coating for production, sales and storage areas, for research labs and technical rooms, which must be equipped according to the ESD-standards. During curing, SigaPox 462 forms a chemically and mechanically resistant, electrostatically conductive coating by the formation of electrically highly conductive polymer structures, which reliably prevent the formation of static charges > 100 Volts (walkingtest) in EPA's (electrostatic protected areas). With SigaPox 462 conventional epoxy / polyurethane based antistatic coatings can be economically converted to ESD-compliant requirements.

SigaPox 470 is a proven sealer with nano-technology. Due to the special fillers based on this principle, SigaPox 470 offers scratch-resistant, economical, highly abrasion-resistant, satin-finish sealing and thin-coating systems with very good adhesion to a variety of substrates, such as cementitious and bituminous surfaces and magnesite. The coated surface is characterized by a good cleanability. SigaPox 470 is also very suitable as a renovation system for old epoxy resin and polyurethane coatings. SigaPox 470 is not suitable for permanent water exposure. SigaPox 470 contains water which has to evaporate during curing. A very good ventilation must be ensured.
Solvent-free epoxy resin base coat
SigaPox 482 is an unfilled epoxy resin that is used as a base coat, scratch coat and leveling screed for thick layers. SigaPox 482 offers good wetting and application properties, is highly fillable, cures very well and evenly and has excellent adhesion to mineral substrates.
2-component epoxy resin coating, universal, pigmented
SigaPox 483 is a solvent-free, colored 2-component epoxy resin coating for heavy-duty industrial floorings. SigaPox 483 is a high quality formulation with very good opacity. Due to the low viscosity, the product is suitable both for rolled coatings and as a topcoat for scattered, anti-skid coatings. SigaPox 483 has balanced properties and can be used universally. Due to the versatility in applications, the amount of material to be stored may be reduced.
