2-component epoxy resin corrosion protection coating
SigaCoat 111 is an exceptionally resistant coating product that is particularly suitable for the permanent corrosion protection of steel surfaces in hydraulic steel constructions such as floodgates, weirs, sheet piles, culverts, hydroelectric power plants, etc. SigaCoat 111 is usually applied in a single-layer thick-film application using airless spray systems (if necessary with flow-heater). Multi-layer application is also possible. SigaCoat 111 does not require a primer to achieve the best possible corrosion protection. If necessary (tender), the zinc primer SigaPox 415 can be used.

2-component chemically resistant epoxy resin coating
SigaCoat 131 is used for high-quality, durable, mechanically and chemically extremely resistant protection, especially for immersed steel substrates exposed to aggressive, non-flammable and combustible liquids and various chemicals. SigaCoat 131 is applied with airless spray systems (with flow-heater) to coat tanks, vessels, silos, drip pans and pipes in the chemical industry.

2-component polyurethane spray coating
SigaCoat 151 is a polyurethane spray compound which is resistant to acids and alkalis. It can be used as corrosion protection and lining for tanks and vessels storing products of hazard class A III, heating oil EL and diesel oil. Also suitable for lining battery trays. SigaCoat 151 cures from approx. + 5ºC. Through multiple spray passes, SigaCoat 151 can also be applied to vertical surfaces in high film thicknesses. SigaCoat 151 has a high resistance to abrasion and is also suitable for use in wastewater treatment plants.
Bitumen based corrosion protection coating
Single-component acrylic resin topcoat, water-based, colored, satin-finish
SigaCoat 190 is a water-based, colored, weather-resistant and particularly economical topcoat. SigaCoat 190 is used especially where increased protection against weather and atmospheric influences is required. Due to the special acrylate-polymer-formulation, it is possible to achieve particularly abrasion-resistant and easy-to-clean surfaces. SigaCoat 190 is suitable as topcoat for a variety of applications / coating systems in the field of concrete / corrosion protection. The application is done by brushing, rolling or airless spraying.
Single-component topcoat, pigmented, satin-finish
SigaCoat 191 is a pigmented, weather-resistant and particularly economical topcoat, which is preferably used in the areas of hydraulic steel construction and offshore. SigaCoat 191 is used in particular where increased protection against weather and atmospheric influences is required. Due to the special acrylate-polymer combination, it is possible to achieve particularly abrasion-resistant and easy-to-clean surfaces. SigaCoat 191 is suitable as a topcoat for a variety of substrates.
